Founder & CEO
Company founder and Chief Executive Officer Andy Juang launched Equus in 1989. Initially, the business was a local technology retailer, but Andy’s forward-thinking approach for new opportunities and trends allowed Equus to become a leading provider of integrated IT. In 2007, Andy sold the company to his employees. As the company grew and additional business units were created or acquired, the organization evolved into Equus Holdings.
President Rick Green joined the Equus Holdings leadership team in 2017. Rick has successfully led several companies and co-founded a private equity firm. He has deep expertise in growing companies through leadership development and process improvement, and has participated in over 30 M&A transactions. Prior to joining Equus Holdings, Rick held positions with several companies including McKinsey & Company, Emerson Electric, Nationwide Electric and most recently Range Systems.
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer Brent Rudser joined the Equus Holdings leadership team in 2016. Brent has led a variety of initiatives across technology, consumer products, and manufacturing industries, including global operations, analytics, and M&A integration. Today his responsibilities include leading all finance-related functions and legal. Prior to joining Equus, Brent held finance leadership roles at Amazon, SUPERVALU, and Newell after starting his career with IBM.
VP of Corporate Development
As Vice President of Corporate Development, Charles Shannon has led Equus’ efforts to increase shareholder value through acquisitions. Charles has a strong expertise in strategy formulation, opportunity assessment, financial planning and analysis, due diligence, asset valuation, transaction structuring, negotiations and integration planning. Prior to joining Equus, Charles served in key executive roles within investment banking, health care, telecommunications and venture capital firms.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Chief Human Resources Officer Diane Cooke joined the Equus Holdings leadership team in May of 2018. In addition to human resources, she brings experience in functional areas including finance, strategic planning and sales within consumer packaged goods, banking and software industries. Prior to Equus, she served for 15 years in multiple leadership roles at Schwan’s Company. Diane is responsible for developing and executing Equus’ human resources strategy in support of the Company’s strategic vision, focusing specifically on succession planning, talent acquisition and development.
Chief Data Officer
Joining Equus Holdings in 2018, Chief Data Officer Christopher Rence is a solution-focused senior executive with more than 25 years of success spanning global compliance, software and cloud technology, security, telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial services. His broad areas of expertise include SaaS, security systems, data protection, technical infrastructure, global compliance, IT strategy, cloud computing, operations, ERP systems, data centers, and global team management. Prior to joining Equus, Christopher has held leadership positions with Digital River, Inc., FICO, and Accenture.
